New rio grand turned up, this is one slick little rifle, action works beautiful.
did not have any factory ammo so out into the shed after dinner and handloaded a few. they even looked good.
back to the gun room fed her up and cycled them thru, near perfect for a new rifle.
I will have to sneek down the paddock tommorow morning and let a few off. Testing purposes only!!
i may take this to bed and sleep with it.
Nels.
Another Rossi followed me home.

So far so good.
Hope it works out for you and your RG turns out to be as slick and accurate as mine.
Wouldn't hurt to strip, clean, deburr & oil it.
The Rossi Rio Grande/336 action is child's play to strip & reassemble compared to the 92s.
