Reloads .357m

G,day .
loaded 50 this morning new load 125g winchester JHP. over 19g 2205.
flattened a pig yesterday with this load so i will see how it goes on the range tomorrow.

Nice, post pics if you have them. we love to envy those that have the walkin targets around their homes. I only hope to someday retire out west somewhere in the dirt and sand of neveda would please me greatly. Prairie dog colonies sound like fun to me.

While I've always felt the 125gr bullets are a bit light for hunting, you can't argue with success either. My cousin killed two or three deer a year in her Marlin 1894C in 357 using cheap Remington 125gr JSPs. I've just always preferred bullets over 140gr in the 357 Mag rifles.

you'll have to looook long and hard to find any P-dogs in nevada..
you might find a few colonies of ground squirells

LoL I know I remeber shooting into a colony when I was younger I always bring that up when I think about moving west.
