Happy Friday too all.

So I found this Mag follower for a Marlin on ebay, says it wont work in a Rossi or Win...Can somebody tell me why this wont work in a Rossi?

You didn't say which cartridge you are working with but I suspect that it is the wrong dimensions. Probably the nose is wrong, longer to accomodiate the thicker receiver of the 1894. See The Smith Shop.

I actually bought this follower off of eBay and it did not work.

I agree on the the smith shop as I got him to make the first one for me however another that I contacted first is also making them now the http://beartoothmercantile-2.myshopify. ... -steel-357. Now with that said they are for the 45-70 only but the smith shop will make them for you based on either your measurements of the existing follower or sending it to him.

The Smith Shop does carry RG4570 SS followers and they have come down in price.

Sorry I should of been a bit clearer on the smith shop as that is for a custom made follower in another caliber he would make them.

Steve's Gunz has the followers for all rossi 92's and one for Marlin's except 45/70.

Kind of why I wanted to go to another source. 10.00 for shipping something like this is crazy let along the 20.00 price. I might ask one of the guys in the shop to make one on the lathe and see what the cost is..
