Mechanically Quiet Bolt Action 22

Does anyone have any recommendations for a magazine fed 22lr with quiet bolt operation? All I’ve sampled have a pronounced clickity-clack.

I recently acquired a 22 suppressor that’s deathly quiet on a Chiappa Little Badger. I’m looking for a repeater that’s almost as quiet as cycling a single shot. Am I dreaming?

I haven't noticed my Anschütz 1427(Match 54 Repeater from 1976) being noisy.
It might be, if you repeat it, brutally.

But I will check, when I am home.

Have you checked CZ, Tikka T1x and new Anshütz rimfires?

My Anschütz 1427 is very quiet, if you are not in a hurry.
If you do it fast, there will be noise.

Harry, have you looked at any pump action repeaters?

I have not, but I will, thanks!

Even slow cycling will be faster than a single shot. I worry about failure to eject on slow cycling, but maybe I shouldn’t.

I haven’t, assuming that would be noisy. Bad assumption. I’ll try some.

I would prefer a box mag over tubular.

A Savage 1903 pump is magazine fed. It would be an excellent choice, but I couldn’t stand to cut and thread the barrel on such a nice vintage piece. I’ve opted for a Montgomery-Wards version of a Mossberg 42c. Nobody will care if I cut on that one. Bolt operation is deathly quiet, but the striker is quite loud. That’s with dry firing. Don’t know why it would change with live fire, but I’m hopeful. If not, there might be ways to muffle that.
