92 carrier

I’m working on a couple of older 45 colt 92’s that were rode hard and put away wet quite a while ago. Cosmetically they are fine and remarkably the barrels are beautiful. The rest of the internals have cleaned up quite nicely however I don’t have much hope for the carriers. I’ve sourced an NOS one but I still have a few questions such are they like Winchester’s (small or large type) ? Maybe a 454 carrier could be fitted. They are still soaking in Kroil so I might be able to salvage at least one of them. Thanks.
