Nope. Can't tell you the last time I shot anything. Probably wait until I get the sights put on. I have several things I have not shot...ever.

Looking good GG.

Do you intend to use this as a .45 Colt with pretensions or do you plan on loading up some HAWT .454 rounds for it?

Depends if someone offers me its current market value before I get brass and dies for the longer Casull. I would rather trade it for a .45C and cash locally.

If you have 45C dies, you only need the sizer die - maybe - as some 45C dies are long enough to handle the 454. The expander and seater/crimper should be no problem, unless you just hate adjusting dies.

RPP's is aluminum for $29. I got brass for $19. I like the color and weight of brass over a red light weight part. Just my opinion.

Just in case you buy another rifle here are some that i forgot about and cheaper Stainless Follower
