New member here from NE PA. I just bought an Interarms model 65 SRC in .45 Colt (to match a Colt SAA I recently got) and waiting for it to arrive. It appears it is basically a Rossi 92. When I get it and see the S/N, I'll see if anyone can help me date it.

Welcome to the party. I can tell you right now that there is little or no information on the pre-Braztech 92s.

Pictures help much more than serial numbers that so far seem to have ZERO correlation to anything someone would want to know about their firearm. There are so many variations of the R92 I like to see the older ones.

Very similar to mine but mine has a saddle ring. Also mine is not lettered on the tang. The lettering you have there is on my barrel in very small type.

Welcome from the other side of the Commonwealth. Nice looking rifle! Can't help with production date. As stated you (we) will probably never know.

Got the rifle and the condition is excellent. The dark wood is really nice with a nice grain.
The S/N is AM066XX if that means anything to anyone here.
