Much of the distributor level ordering is done at or in conjunction with the SHOT Show. Rossi did not have much going on then, so I'm sure distributor dollars went to something more than promised products.
We are at the calendar point where in years past, most distributor inventories were low or out, and nothing was coming until the next SHOT show.
