Howdy from Abilene Texas
I just want to introduce myself. I am Otto Carter. I am a fan of Rossi lever guns. I own a 92 in .44 mag.
I am a firearms engraver. I just finished engraving mine and thought you would like to see it.

That is absolutely beautiful work. Dare I ask what a job like that would cost a lowly gunsmith?
I don't know if you are aware of an engraver named Orville Kuhl. He was evidently the chief firearms engraver for many years for Colt I *think*. When he retired he did some amazing wildlife engravings on anodized aircraft aluminum. My parents knew him and I have several of those engravings. Shoot me a PM or an email and I'll get you some pictures.
Welcome to this great forum and keep those great pics coming!!!
