There's an original style Amedeo Rossi SRC92 (sight on band, no safety, metal follower, no D/T, pretty wood) for sale in San Antonio for $500. I am not associated with the seller so I won't post the link but you can find it on one of the State Trading sites.

If anyone is wanting a stainless 357/38 SPL Rossi, they appear to be back in stock at KYGUNCO.com

Cash / Text-A-Check Price : $534.99
I paid $30 less when I bought mine but that still seems like a good price. Mine seems to shoot very well and its operation is quite smooth. The fit and finish on mine is very good. No mismatched edges between the wood and the receiver, and no burrs or sharp edges on the metal parts. I had a chamber concern that Rossi fixed under warranty. I'm happy with mine.
This is the photo of the chamber after I sent it to Rossi because I had bulges in my spent 357 GECO brass. Rossi did not tell me what they did, but I think they replaced the barrel because the throat of the chamber is machined a lot better now. If you buy one, opent the bolt and look in there to see if it has a large gouge at the forward part of the feed area.
You probably don't want to accept the rifle if it looks like this next photo. Notice there is a "ditch" at the back of the chamber (just forward of the machined ramp) that will cause the brass to be unsupported.

I just got a notification that some of the harder-to-find 16" .357 92s came in stock at Hinterland Outfitters.
