Can't think of anything I like about the one in the picture, especially at those prices.

Marlin used to sell a low end, bolt action 223, priced in the $350 range.

I don't see any bolt action centerfire rifles in the 2017 catalog.

Im afraid these new prices may drive up the prices and value for the JM models.
Buy them up while you can,
Im always on the lookout for a JM every time I walk through a gun/pawn shop.
Im not too concerned about the cosmetic looks, just that they are mechanically sound.
I found this beater a few years ago, but she was real smooth and looked good inside.

I see 1 39A in the catalog and it's a picture over the word 'Legacy'
I don't see a single lever .22 listed as cataloged for sale.
