I use a tumbler but many years ago I learned of a method in NRA magazine. You can use the washing machine. Take and old towel to put the cases in, no more than a hundred or so. If you are using powder, put the powder in with the cases. Wrap the ends up with electrical tywraps the hold the cases in. If you are using liquid, pour it over the towel when in the washer. Wash with more towels in hot water. To dry, just use air for a day or so or put in the oven at 250 or so degrees or so for 30 minutes. The nickel cases come out looking like new. The brass ones wont be shiny but will be clean.
