I really doubt it, as Rossi never offered extra barrels for their Single Shot series. You would have to find a rifle being parted out. You see barrels on ebay, most are shotgun barrels from the matched sets.
I just ran a search on ebay to see what is there. Someone has a real inflated idea what a 223 Rem Bull Barrel is worth!

It looks like they already got to my rifle .. they received it on Friday .. and online status just showed checked and repaired !!!

hey guys ... rifle came in on Thursday i went out to shoot it and it missed fired ... 7 out of 11 bullets ....

Bummer, unfortunately this is very common with the single shots. Keep us posted wish I had a fix for you.
