Here in Dayton we have a local caster Vance Bullets out of Piqua, Ohio. I usually catch him at the local gun show so don't know if he does mail order or the like. I've shot his product in my 1911's and my 45 Colts - a M92 and a Convertible Black Hawk. Shortly after I got my 92 and not knowing any better I load up some of his 255 grain swc's. They work well in both guns. I wish I could get him to do some 40 rifle bullets, I cast my own but it would nice to have a ready source when the lead pot just isn't calling my name.

I'll have to check some of these in the list and see what's out there.

AK had mentioned Missouri Bullet co., so i ordered a box of 240gr for the 44 in SWC, smooth as butter through the gun. If you check them out you will see they are importing from Austraila a finish coat on there bullets that looks like Dhuffs. Claim is no leading. An email i got from them also said they will sell this magic coating direct to those who cast there own. Also compared prices and quality and they are worth checking out.

Berry's Bullets are best known for their plated lead bullets, but I buy their hard cast bullets for the .357 Mag. I use them for cowboy silhouette shooting and have been very pleased with their quality and accuracy. Their selection is small, but those I've tried work great. Orders over $75.00 ship free and I usually get them in 7 to 10 days.

Western Bullet Co. has some levergun type bullets listed. I havent ordered anything from them yet but just picked up a M92 in 357 Magnum. They show the Lyman cowboy bullet and I am going to try it.

Edit: This company was recommended to me. I did a little checking and the reviews are mixed.

Just checked northstar bullets site and they just closed shop Feb 28th. Too bad they had a nice selection and were from my home state.
