45LCs cycle smooth as butter through my Amadeo Rossi M92/454 carbine but then again so does just about anything I load in that gun......what an absolutely superb rifle & not a single useless as *%$##@+* 
lawyer safety gizmo on it.
I probably wouldn't need to load full power 454Cs unless on an elk or moose hunt or mr. grizz was in the area.
The 45LCs are plenty good deer medicine as RD demonstrated with his 9-pointer quite recently.
