Received a New Rossi R95 Stainless .30-30 for Testing

Post by 1895gunner »

Don't yet know how she shoots however I like the looks and feel of the rifle. I did test their R95 Trapper in .30-30 and found it to be a reliable, accurate and fun rifle to shoot. I'm expecting the same however I'll be sure to give this one a good test. I'm a fan of the Picatinny Rail and peep sight system.

More to come

Nice looking rifle. I like seeing the 45-70 Govt back on the offering list. The Rio Grande in that cartridge was probably my favorite Rossi.

RD How is your R95 review progressing? I am keen to compare your test result with my own Rio Grande SS in 30-30.

I don't have a R95 and no plans to get one. I have more leverguns than I need right now.

Hi Gunner, how did your test of the R95 30-30 go? I have a Rio Grande SS in 30-30 and am keen hear how your new R95 performed.
