Rossi 92's at the Tampa gun show Oct 21st

Post by donhov »

There were quite a few new Rossi 92''s at the show today. Mostly stainless and nicer dark color stocks. Did see 1 454 and quite a few 45 long Colt and a few 357 mags. Most were priced around $899 but the 454 was $1199 which seemed a bit high. Paid $599 when I got my 357 2 years ago so...........still a little price gouging I think.
Other wise didn't see much I couldn't live without and didn't spend any hard earned cash. Went looking for the new Heritage Settler 22lr lever but didn't see any there. Wanted to see it in the flesh to see if that might not be my next accusation but no luck today. Maybe by Christmas.

I fixed up an older Rossi/Puma in .454 a couple years ago and got more than that for it locally.

I just bought my 454 two weeks ago for $850 plus tax. So yes, little high on price. I'm going to have to look up that Heritage Settler.

The .454 will always be more than a .357.
