.30-30 Load With RD 165TLGC

Post by Gray Fox »

Before Ranch Dog closed up his mold shop I was fortunate enough to get his 300 grain .45-70 mold and the 165 grain TLGC .30 caliber mold. I'm wondering if anyone here has a good load for this bullet in a Marlin .30-30 sized to .311? All suggestions will be appreciated. GF

Greetings, you should be able to use the data for the 336BL at any OAL equal to or greater to that listed. The RG3030 needs the bullet sized to .310". .311" will cause a reduced OAL.
