I am considering a R92 Stainless in .45 Colt. I have always wanted a 1892 Winchester. I am attracted to the Rossi because of it's reasonable price and low weight. I believe that I could take it apart and polish it for a slick action. I do have some fear about the lack of available parts from Rossi without sending the rifle to them. A lot of original 92's parts have lasted for over 100 years, so maybe it's no reason to be concerned.
I am saving up now. I have just purchased a Henry Steel .327 FedMag with a 16" barrel.Other lever actions are a JM Marlin 1894C .357, a Winchester XTR 30-30 pre-angle eject, and a JM Marlin 1895G 45-70.
I believe a .45 Colt with 250+ grain bullet at 1200 fps would handle just about any North American game up to 100 yards.
I am torn between a 16" or 20" barrel. I want light weight, but the 20" is said to balance better.

Welcome! Parts availability is a valid concern, but I wouldn't let that be the showstopper. If there's a problem, you'll find plenty of help here.
Nice collection! Mine is a 44, so I'm not familiar with 45 Colt ballistics. I don't know if there's much to be gained in velocity with an extra 4 inches of barrel. The longer sight radius might be the bigger selling point, if you're fixin' to make 100 yard shots with irons. I like my 16 inch barrel, but I actually think that's a bit short. I've considered getting a 20 inch and shortening it to 18. But I have about thirty projects in line ahead of that one.

Re: Hello From Austin, Texas
Welcome,
I've got several hundred rounds of .327 Magnum I need to find a gun for at some point. Like the previous poster I've got some other things on my mind at the moment but a Henry would be a fun option.
IMO, with normal .45 Colt ballistics you probably aren't going to gain much with a 20" barrel over a 16" barrel BUT then I'm not so sure 1200 FPS with a 250 grain pill is typical .45 Colt ballistics either.
I'm a fan of the 20" round tube as probably the best balance of length, handling, sight radius, weight, etc..
vs. a 16" RB you are probably talking 4 to 6 ounces or so between the two. The 24" ones have a longer sight radius and a bit more weight they also swing slower. The 16" ones are a tiny bit handier but I've only shot them at short range. With the 16" you loose 2 rounds in the mag, 4" of sight radius in the pistol calibers. I've never really noticed them to balance oddly but I've only shot a few of them.
I don't own a 16" lever action as far as I can recall. I've got a couple 20" Rossi 92s (.357M & .44M) and a Winchester RB 24" and a Rossi Octagonal 24" (both .44M) plus several other non-pistol caliber levers.
Let us know what you end up with.

Re: Hello From Austin, Texas
I purchased a new Rossi 20" 45 Colt a few months ago. I reload and have been very pleased with this sweet little rifle. I purchased a Williams peep sight. A new toy will be here in a few days (Taylor's and Company with a 7.5" barrel). L9king forward to my next range day.

Welcome, I have 3, each with the 20 inch barrel. And as I have said before, they carry and come to shoulder as if they were made just for me.
