Please Read: Ticked!!
Well I have been let down twice as a buyer on GB in back to back days. Seems like the good deal I got on a Marlin 917V is a result of the bolt being a “hack job” and welded on. The question is? Is it even safe to shoot? Second day in a row Gunbroker has broke my heart!

I take it that seller did not identify this in text and pictures?
I think you can file a complaint on GB, I know they are always in favor of the seller.

Re: Please Read: Ticked!!
ebay is 99% in favor of the buyer so what's correct?
The answer is LOGIC. Something like this should be easy to call.

I suspect that the return is at the seller's expense and a lot of sellers will not accept returns once the FFL transfers the firearm to the buyer. I've sent them back before the paperwork.

Its scary buying online in some cases. I go with a friend or two that have CCW and are armed with me for local deals so I am not unmatched if they try and rob me. So far I haven't been robbed but deals have fallen through. Sad things is one mans 90% condition is another 50% condition. This is where I run into trouble most times. Keep us posted to how it goes.

What a scumbag that seller is. When ever I sell any firearm, I do it with 100% honesty. I send high resolution images of every flaw. That looser not only just wasted your time & money, but his too. Ya, I'd be ticked too. Def report to GB and flame him for misrepresentation so no one else will buy.
