Rossi/Taurus bought out by CBC/Magtech/etc
I need to find the sources again, but CBC bought out Taurus and moves the Rossi rifles assembly line to their own factory. Is that good, bad, or indifferent? I honestly do not know. What I did not forget to write down is the name of the new CEO (Brazilian side; don't know how the US side will be affected): Salesio Nuhs, who in his linkedin page (https://www.linkedin.com/in/salesio-nuhs-9881424a) claims he is the CBC CEO.

This happened back in 2014, CBC was the majority stock holder.

I sure am behind times!
So, is Rossi now worse than it was in 2014?

I don't know if it really worse but I think that the loss of Mark Kressner was a huge thing. Mr. Kressner was making an effort to promote both Rossi and Taurus to those that were buying them and make parts available, probably which put him at odds with the parent Company in Brazil. I personally don't think that Anthony Acitelli, the guy put in Mark's place, has reached out to customers at all.dalek wrote:I sure am behind times!

Well, he has as an object lesson as to what happens when the customer is consulted or regarded by the parent company how he got his job.Ranch Dog wrote:I don't know if it really worse but I think that the loss of Mark Kressner was a huge thing.
