Recently on both the laptop and the desk top the board switches to mobile mode. Is there some place to turn this off? It's a minor problem as it goes back to full with a click and stays there for the duration. i had to go tto high contrast screens for a few days and when I went back to my normal "theme" this showed up.

Re: Mobile Mode
I have noticed it on my mobile devices as well but I assume its just time needed to sense the device its on by the site server. I have no way to check that but RD will chime in maybe with better info .

Re: Mobile Mode
It is all automatic, I don't have any control over it other than to turn the mobile completely off. I use the web based stuff on my computer and without selecting it, mobile comes up on my phone. In fact, often I'm using both my computer and my phone at the same time with the appropriate views in place. I haven't noticed any switching but that doesn't mean much.
At the bottom of every page is a line of text that acts as a prompt for switching the format from what is being displayed. If you switch it, it should remain switched for your present session until you come back and then detection starts again. You can also switch back and forth during any sessions but again, each time you come back the detection activates again.
