Re: Heads up on Warranty
The company is hanging on by a thread so they are probably scared to get a lawsuit on top of their financial issues. Not defending them just saying it's hard. Keep us posted to your end game on getting it.

Well, that is encouraging. Just the pain of going through it.barracudadave67 wrote:Will do. They said I should get the ejector next week.

Re: Heads up on Warranty
The saga continues. I received the part from Rossi today (5-20-2016). It is the wrong part. I ordered the ejector for the 44 mag (# 32 in the parts list), I received the extractor (# 26 in the parts list).
I called Rossi, and told them about the mistake, was on hold for 10 mins, and after that I was told (again), that they would not sell me the ejector, again. I told her that I had gone thru all this before, and all I would like is the correct part. I was also told again, that I had to buy the whole bolt assembly, and that the part I wanted is restricted.
Well Thats it for me with Rossi. No more for me.

Re: Heads up on Warranty
I really understand! Honestly, 4 out of 5 calls I've made to Rossi or Taurus have left me wanting to destroy my firearms and I really like them, my firearms that is. If they depended on Customer Service to sell firearms, they would have been out of business a long time ago at least here in the US.barracudadave67 wrote:Well Thats it for me with Rossi.
