Made by a local leather shop.
Yellow latigo and Mink oil.

The fake lamb's wool will not hold moisture.
But I'm careful to let the barrel cool before
putting her to bed.

I love this rifle.

That is extremely nice...!! I've given up trying to find a suitable slip, 38" long for my R92..!! May I ask how much it cost you.. and do you think your local leather shop would ship one to Great Britain??? (well, you gotta ask..)

I guess I messed your question before the board went down.

A local leather smith made this for me.
$200 out the door.

This weekend my wife (love her!) bought another R92-357 - blued.
So we get to "trade".
I'll have another case made for her.
