My 44 Magnum Rossi

Post by Keith429421 »

Here’s my Rossi 92 in 44 Magnum.
I did some work on it.
Replaced the springs with Palo Verde Gunworks springs.
Smoothed the action.
Made a rear sight from a Winchester 94 sight.
Soldered on a front blade sight.
Reshaped front band sight.
Reshaped the rear barrel band.
Neat little rifle!

That looks very nice, notice any improvement in handling or shooting?

Handling definitely!!
It’s amazing how changing out a few springs change the smoothness of the action.
Of course, polishing the action makes a huge difference as well.
I’m pretty happy how the rifle looks and handles.
Thanks!!

I love the wear from the saddle ring. It looks well used but not abused.
Cheers
