Near as I can tell, no one appears to have Rossi pic raIls, and NOE is”out of stock”. The only place I’ve recently seen pic rails is Skinners, down towards the bottom of the page:

From what I hear from Andy Larsson at Skinner, they're selling their Rossi rails faster than they can ship them. I keep thinking I need to buy a couple, just for future use.....

For what it's worth, I have the skinner rail mount on my R92 and it fits perfectly for my scout scope. Taper on rails ,. front to back, is just right. Plus I like how it keeps a low profile.
