I have the Marbles Bullseye sight as well, paired with a taller front fiberoptic sight. My 58 year-old eyes like the setup.

The Marbles Bullseye sight is popular and I've got friends with them.
IMO they do not compete with a peep sight mounted at the receiver or tang close to the eye.

We would appreciate some pictures when you have it mounted. The Skinner rail is a new item. It’s lower than the NOE, but the offset is different. I’d like to know if it would work with my scout scope without using offset rings.

Sorry, too late for before...but here's the after.
Sort of, I moved the base back to the rearward position and then forward to the middle.
Naturally, I wanted to cut some of the rail off but like the way the dovetail slot is concealed.
Arbitrarily, I put the base for the FFiii at the slot in between the hardware.
Those screws are very, very short. I figure the light weight of the FFiii/mount will have the least effect there.
Was luckily on paper at 10y.
Soon had it hitting small swinging steel @ 75y after I talked the rangemaster into letting me in a pistol bay.
7-mile shooting range is the best in case you're wondering.
Will tweak later. Gun shop is only selling one box at a time right now and I had to share with the wife shooting LCRx and Blackhawk.
Yep, I need to spend some time at the reloading bench but my single-stage is deathly slow.
