steves gunz makes a rail that fits in the rear sight dovetail...anyone try that?

My worry with it is that the upper surface does not account for the taper of the barrel, chamber to muzzle. I not with a flat base, like Rossi's Single Shot base, you can run a scope of turret cap movement very easily.
