Site Problem??

New posts on this site don't seem to trigger a red color on the icon. It looks to me like no one's posted in a week or so while I noticed a post dated October 2. Problem with the site????

Seems to work on my end. I'm running Brave 1.0.48 in mobile mode on an Android.

However, the forum has been pretty quiet this week.

I don't look for red I just click the "View Unread Posts" button. There are three topics this morning with replies since I last logged in.

Interesting. I don't have a 'View Unread Posts' button, however, I do have, to the right of the 'User Control Panel' link on the left, a '__ new messages' link. It's read 0 for days, even when this thread shown red just now.

Are you using the mobile view Steve? It doesn't have the features that the desktop has. If not mobile, what browser and device are you using.

I don't know if this is relevant, but at least in my configuration, I have to reload the page before any red links appear (or disappear).

The "number of unread posts" count doesn't show up for me in mobile view.

"Messages" button is for.....messages, not posts.

Here is a screenshot of the main page, the first page you see after logging in when NOT in mobile view. Note the circled button as well as those around it.

BTW, there's a VIEW UNREAD POSTS button in the mobile view too.
