Buddy tells me he saw a small Rossi add for a Pump .45 ACP rifle?
I didn't find anything in a net search. Anybody else see it?

I bet this is wishful thinking. My bet is he saw an ad for a Rossi Thunderbolt (Colt clone) in .45 Colt but I guess never say never.

That was my bet as well. I notice that with Mark Kresser's leaving of Taurus/Rossi/Braztech, all advertising dried up for Rossi.

I'm not normally a negative guy, tend to look for solutions, but I will feel that the potential Rossi buyers will just be lucky if nothing has been dropped.
