Could try -
Jack First Enterprises
Numrich Arms (Gun Parts Corp)
Stevesgunz.com

And.... that great "auction" site to remain nameless.

You could also try calling Rossi. It's not a sure bet, but it would be worth a try.

If anything, they seem to have tightened their grip on parts, not become more lenient. I can see needing "factory fit" for barrels, bolts, locking lugs, hammers, triggers, that sort of thing. But there's parts like a replacement magazine spring, follower, most of the screws... they just won't sell.

If its any consolation - Ruger, known for being pretty awesome in customer service - won't sell _ANY_ part for its LCR series revolvers, except the grips, and grip screw. That's it. You can't even get a front sight, or its retaining pin, they just refuse to sell 'em. Of course, Ruger will fix that revolver for free, just about no matter what short of kaboom, but still....

Maybe... just maybe... the folks who import the "Citadel" series of rifles - which is different from the Rossi line (but essentially the same, made by the same folks in Brazil). Or, maybe the European importer sells parts, and some kindred spirit in the UK can get one, and send it via the postal service.

Yeah, Rossi has always been an odd duck with regard to parts, service, and rifle availability.

I have no personal experience with dealing with their people, but I've heard mostly lackluster reports with occasional flashes of good service.
