M92 buttstock to receiver bolt thread size

Post by dalek »

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't the thread for the bolt that holds the buttstock to the receiver 10-32?

Also, is there a thread with all the, well, thread sizes for bolts used in the M95 and other Rossi firearms?

You might check with Jack First Gun Parts. They have replacement screws in stock and may be able to answer your question. I believe all the screws are metric based threads if not proprietary threads to Rossi manufacturing.

Good thing I asked! I was now reading https://www.midwayusa.com/product/100587870 and one comment states pre 2000 ones use 10-32 and post M5-8 screws
