I heard from a couple shops that a few primers were leaking through about six months ago.
Since then I've heard there's been a copper shortage.
No copper = no brass for primer cups.

That said it does seem as if there's been somewhat of a resurgence in bullets and possibly brass cases as components and the bullet jackets and brass in the cases likewise use copper...

i have had good results with hornaday lever eveloution ammo in my 30-30, i hear they make a softpoint balistic tipped for the 357, worth a look see
