so about 50 BHN then.

getting all wrapped around the axle about BHN is not the path to follow.
12BHN is 3% antimony, and about 1% tin.
15BHN is 5-6% antimony.
depending on how much tin you want to burn up.
22BHN is linotype and it has 12% antimony.

so you've used 4 times as much antimony and Tin and haven't even doubled the BHN.
other than costing 2-3 times as much and increasing the brittleness by triple how did more BHN help you?

maybe try a little more diameter and a slight bit more stuff in your lead [like a nice balanced alloy of 2.5% antimony and 2.5% tin] but I wouldn't get all BHN crazy,, it doesn't do much for you.
