I been using H110 in my "Ruger Only" loads in a Ruger Bisley and Rossi M92 in 45 Colt (300 gr bullets)...Really would like to try some Lil'gun with those. Have also tried it in a Ruger NM Flattop Blackhawk in 45 Colt that has to be kept at lower pressures (shooting some 255 gr bullets). Unique has worked out to be, so far, the best with that one.
For my 357 Blackhawk and Rossi M92 I've tried Titegroup, 2400, and H110. Loaded for a poly coated 127 gr LRNFP, Titegroup was too quick burning to get up the velocity I was looking for. It worked about as well as some 38 +P factory loads. The H110 was, I think, too slow burning and had erratic velocities (still shooting the same 127 gr. bullets). For my 357 loads, I settled on 2400 (for now). I'm kinda thinking that H110/296 works best with a heavy slug at just below max chamber pressures. Now, if I can find a set of molds for RD's 190 gr .358 bullet, well...that might be a something I'd be willing to try.

Ran book max loads of win296 under the 125 & 158gr XTP's stout but not abusive loads with zero pressure signs on the spent cases. When it warms up I might play with going warmer and have the chronograph handy. Those 125gr XTP's made Diet 7-up's disappear at 10 yards :o
I was also finishing and dialing in a 7" 5.56 pistol so I was busy +guns
