Tuffy Stock with Screw Placement

Post by Ranch Dog »

I changed out the Tuffy's stock for a standard Youth stock. When I did some reading concerning the stock there were a few negative comments about problems with the stock after it had removed and put back on. The comments I saw that Rossi provided was that screw placement is everything to prevent damage to the stock.

The are three screw a; short, medium, and long. They are all very close in length but here that silly mm maters. The short screw is placed nearest the receiver. The medium screw is in the middle hole, and the long screw on the butt stock end. If you mix this order you will buckle the stock and poke a hole through it so if you own one of these pay attention!
