Im talking about cup-and-core bullets. Which one in a 45LC/454Casull? All I have are lead right now except for 1 box of hornady 200grXTP's. Could I try a few of those in 454? I know theyre supposed to be. 452".

going over .002 won't make any pressure difference with a Jacketed bullet.
your only concern is chambering.

the 200gr. XTP's will work in the casull,,, but they have a velocity window they work their best in, so If your gonna hunt with them you need to be aware of that.
[if you go too slow they don't open, too fast and they over open]

Last trip to the range with my R92 45 Colt, I put 40 rounds through it loaded with Sierra 240 gr .4515 dia. bullets loaded to approx 1000 fps with CFE Pistol. It was a very accurate loading at 50 yards.
