Nephew called and said a guy was selling a bunch of his dad's stash of reloading stuff. All I got was large pistol primers,(30,000 of them) and powder. He had already sold the small pistol and #34 primers.

Most all of the powders that I got were UNOPENED, only 5 of the 62 cans were opened, and he threw those in for free.

The stuff for the most part is old, really old, but none of them sound bad when you shake them and the opened ones were tightly capped and smell fine.

There are a couple of numbers in there that I had never seen before, and I started reloading in 1973. Dupont 5066 pistol powder, discontinued in 1966-67! H-375 rifle powder.

If you look below the window your typing in for a post/reply, you'll see a tab that says "Upload Attachment"

If you have the pics stored on your hard drive, you can navigate to them to put them in your post.

Every site I'm a member of has different picture posting routines ... more details than 37 brain cells can deal with most of the time

i'm using that upload attachment thingy, but my file size is to large.

I'm trying something else now.

lots of old powder

Dupont 5066 is a new number to me. Discontinued when I was 14 years old, I'm 68 now. It looks like bullseye but a lighter color, and slightly thicker flakes.

Also the H375 was new to me.

11 pounds of H870.... why I wonder, would he have this unless he had a really big magnum or 50 bmg. Reads like a lot of people loved it , but it's also discontinued and the supply is drying up. I'v had a pound for the last 20+ years and have not found a use for it yet. But my "new" stuff looks nothing like this old powder.
