I have been shooting rifles and pistols since 1950. I am a retired Marine SgtMaj of 22 years and retired in 1980 and then retired from my civilian position in 1997. Mostly I've been reloading and shooting mainly bolt action rifles and some pistols. This is my first lever action Rossi firearm, a model R92 .44 mag stainless although I did have a few Marlin lever action rifles and all three were in 45/70. I joined this site in order to get some info on my new R92, reloading info for accuracy etc., and I only had it out once but my old eyes didn't do to well with the factory sights so I ordered a Skinner barrel mounted peep sight that fits into the factory dovetail. Anyway thanks for listening to my rambling.
