I don't know if these have been noted here or not.

I had purchased a NEOS used only to find out there was an open recall on it. I just received mine back and haven't tested it yet but in addition to the recall work the pistol was inspected and certain springs replaced to bring it back up to factory spec. I had not had any issues with the pistol but since the recall had to do with unintended discharges I sent it in under the 'abundance of caution' theory.
I know several folks, in other states, who own the MK IV. Some of them have mentioned having no issues and plan on sitting this recall out. Others have mentioned delaying purchasing a MK IV because of the recall.
