I like it the best of the Windoze,,
My main OS is Linux Mint Rosa, not quite100% perfect, but it's fast and simple.

Probably too late for my "help". I didn't ask for bill gates to load win10 on my three office computers, and said "no" to the offer for at least 6 months. I turned on all the computers one morning and went to make coffee ... when I got back, all three machines were loading win10. I have several legacy s/w that will not run on 10, as well as some that would, but required me to call their tech support to get a new key code. It created such a mess, and win10 just wasn't easy to navigate the file structure.... before the month was over I reverted back to good old 7. Still had to do a lot of clean-up and again get new key codes, but at least got my necessary business s/w working again.

My help suggestion is: GO BACK .... GO BACK NOW!

edit at add: actuaslly, I miss XP-Pro

Wish we could but waited too long trying to adjust. Anyway I corralled the annoying problems and everything I need runs or I was able to get it updated to run.

Someone at microsoft apparently doesn't get that No means No.

Microsoft Windows 10 is a virus.
Back in the olden days when Mac was young there was a virus named 'cookie monster' that was inflicted on mac users which would with increasing frequency pop up a window with the word 'cookie?' in it and it would go away for a time if the user typed in 'cookie' eventually it got so frequent you couldn't get anything done.
Windows 10 marketing was EXACTLY like that.

Windows 10 is an attempt to dumb our computers down to the 3 year old level.
Microsoft Edge is a remedial browser that's not fit for any REAL use and is mostly designed to push users into Microsoft marketing opportunities both as a result of direct sales AND as redirected marketing disguised as news content from MSN.

Microsoft 8 was a bad joke by the idiots running the company convinced they were loosing sales to Apple alienating 90+% of their customer base chasing after the 5% of folks (IF that many) who were buying macs to be different.

The accountant in the office next door just passed along a tip from his tech guy about Windows 10.
Don't know if this is common knowledge or not.

The accountant said his Windows 10 keeps locking up.
His tech guy said to switch from a wireless mouse to a wired USB mouse.

He said it helped.

I haven't noticed a lot of problems with the wireless mouse but I use a wired mouse by preference since wireless can be laggy when trying to do CAD on the work machines or games on the home machine.
