Has any one tried using Watco Wipe On Poly directly over the factory finish?
My '92 has a faux sort of tiger tail finish and I'd like to see if i can seal the stock and preserve the finish.
Thoughts and suggestions?
Thanks,
Make smoke,

Re: Watco Wipe on Poly
I think there may be references to this in the forum but I don't recall the thread(s) for sure.
I DO know Watco oils have been applied directly over the finish.
I usually lean toward stripping and mild sanding but everyone has a different comfort level.
