I gave you a couple of increments. Your desired pressure of 30.0 KPSI is at 107% density. I have found OALs inconsistent when I go over 105% as the lubed bullet tries to slip out between the seating and crimping. Give it a go and report back.

I tested loads at all 3 ranges with good results. I am using the RCBS cowboy dies wich seat and crimp in the same die so I did not have any slipping even at 49.9 grains. I chose the 49 grain load to use at the range, I think it will be accurate and I dont know if my shoulder would survive 50 rounds of the 49.5 or 49.9. Overall from my back yard tests these all seem to preform well and should be fine hunting and plinking loads.

i'm looking forward to getting a RG4570, it will be my first 45-70, so i'm glad you posted the data. :)
