Well, I finally got my 92 out of jail.

I did what pricedo will condemn and ordered mine straight off the interwebs :-D
I chose a place that I trusted and would let me return if I wasn't satisfied so that was a big factor in my decision to order from the Internet. At any rate, my shop let me give it a good once over. With the help of my trusty pre-purchase checklist I confidently signed the papers to make her mine.
Got it home and threw every kind of ammo that I hand on hand, from hand loaded 38 and 357 to three different factory loads. Let me tell you. This is going to be one hungry rifle. Ate everything I put in front of her without a second thought.
The only thing I have noticed is that it is caked in cosmoline. I thought my two mosins were covered in it, but regardless it still worked like a charm. Now to roll up the sleeves, clean it up and take her for a spin!

Well if Grandpa is questionable there is always another route…… Man I am sure glad I bought that gun raffle ticket off that guy at work. Can you believe I won… just picked it up today.
