Well I miss Missouri - I can't stand the way ranges are run in Virginia. I just won't pay $250 to join a range and $30/hr to use it. But turns out I have an ex-SF buddy with some land down south...
Anyway, finally got back on a range. On a whim I'd picked up some 1/4 oz. .410 slugs a while back. Decided to try them out today. Well color me surprised! Darn if they didn't punch a hole in the steel backer plate at 100yds.
Forgot how much fun the CJ is to shoot. Pic is a little misleading - there was an older hole right next to where the .410 slug hit, so it just made that hole bigger. But we did put some other new holes in there too.
Finally got some range time with the CJ
