IT'S HOT!
I feel like that old Robin Williams Good Morning Vietnam skit.
106+ or so outside the apartment last evening around 5:30 PM.
The AC in one of our company buildings has been intermittent all week.
I need to get the apartment complex to service the unit at the apartment but haven't been around during the day the past week and I don't trust them to do it while I'm gone or to get it done in one day either and they don't make appointments.

Re: IT'S HOT!
We have both the heat and humidity. I tell myself that it is worth it not to put up with the white stuff in the winter. I would not trade our October through May for anything!

Re: IT'S HOT!
..............it's summer time..........supposed to be hot...........we've just been spoiled by having AC everywhere we go. I am old enough (and grew up poor enough) to remember going to the picture shows just to see this thing called "refrigerated air" that all the folks were talkin about.

Re: IT'S HOT!
I just opened the west window.
it's like 80 sumthin in here, I'm sort of debating whether to put the A/C unit in the front room window or not.
but then I would have to carry it like 30' from the shed and slide it in.
it kind of looks like rain so it'll have to wait till tomorrow or Monday.

Weather Underground App said 103 with HI at 128 at 15:00 today. It wasn't correct. It's was more like 97 with HI at 110.

Been many years since Ive seen so many tourists out and about enjoying themselves.
