Re: Single action six shooters?
Yeah that was the first article I read yesterday after searching the Bounty Hunter, my only reservation is that it is dated 2004, a lot can change in 11 years. I may go ahead and take a chance on the nickel plated .357 from Buds, 400 bucks isn't gonna put me on the streets eating Ramen.
Re: Single action six shooters?
Thats where I ordered mine from. Buds.
BTW, has been mfg. for a long time. Google "Hawes Western Marshal"

Well I pulled the trigger on a blued model 4.5 inch barrel. Now looking for a holster.
Re: Single action six shooters?
Cool! Let us know how everything works out.
I like the all blued model. Mine has that case coloring.

Woohoo. Glad for you. That was pretty quick. Hope you enjoy it. Tell us more when you get some trigger time on it too.
Try again on the pictures. All I can see is part of a grip. Reduce the file size some I think.

Re: Single action six shooters?
Congrats on the Bounty Hunter!
I have the long barrel in .44 mag. I replaced the grips and made my rig. I'll post pics when I'm more awake. I love mine and its is a great partner to my Rossi 92 in .44. By the way, the timing on mine is perfect, absolutely no drag ling, and she's plenty accurate. Don't forget about the loctite on the screws. This is not a problem unique to the Bounty Hunter. All the Colts have the same problem. So check the srews regularly.... sort of comes with the territory.
Happy Shooting.

Re: Single action six shooters?
As promised,
Here is a pic of my Bounty Hunter in .44 and my Rossi 92 to match. I added the Buffalo Brothers grips and made the knife and the rig.
Happy Shooting!
