Just found out from my local FFL that the Rossi Circuit Judge is banned (from purchase and transfer after Oct 1, 2013) in Maryland. It falls in the category of "rotating cylinder shotguns". Go figure. How dumb is this Dem controlled Legislature?
And I had been looking at this as my next rifle purchase

Chiefeis, do you know of an FFL in Maryland who will sell or transfer one to you?
Nope, but mainly because I'm stationed in Kansas right now. I did see something on a Maryland shooters forum listing some dealers. I bought mine at a PX.
The AAFES store at Ft Carson just started selling guns again about a year ago. Still have to go through the Provost Marshal on registering and storing guns on post.
I've been out for decades, but remember when you actually could get a decent price on some guns through the PX. Now the posts are just another failed "gun free" zone experiment.
My exiled home state of Maryland has some very strange gun laws. I gave up trying to make sense out of the "common sense" gun laws that any of these state legislatures are dumping on free citizens.
