I figure as long as it gets the cartridge where it needs to be, we're good :D

Range Report...

She shoots.

Ran a little over 75 rounds through the gun... just plinking and having fun... Never really tested for accuracy, but it shoots minute-of-headshot at 25 yards.

I actually flinched on the first shot... I started off with .38s and I actually flinched after I let the shot off because I was surprised by how LITTLE recoil it was. I had to laugh at myself. .357 on the other hand is certainly a bit more stout.

I will note that the action improved greatly from where I had it before the range session. Things are considerably smoother now. Feeding of .357s is still not as smooth as with .38s, but if I man up and run the lever like I mean it then it feeds just fine.

I feel your pain last week I replaced the ejector spring and lever spring I also took my Dremal and polished the hammer sides and where it contacted the sear as well as the sear locking lugs as well as the lever where the lugs make contact I also removed the carrier and sanded with 1500 wet and dry using a little oil as a lubricant and polished any place that showed any signs of making contact as well as opposing parts. At the range today for the first time wasn't butter but real nice like imperial margarine. About 75 reloads real fast and real smooth. Good luck first time is scary but the results are nice
