It'll probably sit in my box til the muse hits.

Just something I've learned when it comes to scout scopes. If you choice requires you to close one eye to find the field of view, you have made the wrong choice. A scout scope should allow the full view with both eyes open as soon as the firearm is shouldered.

That's my next question, what kind of rings fit the NOE rail? Picatinny, Weaver, I'm confused.lovemytrapper wrote:Weaver Quad Lock medium height rings...
44mag and 357mag are my choices for rifle/revolver cartridges.

This may help. This is a technical overview but short and sweet. I was on this journey over a year ago when a Rossi mount was not available, thus I purchased a Pearson mount. In a nut shell, most anything "weaver" will mount on a "Picatinny " rail. Items designed for "Picatinny " will not fit on a weaver mount. The NOE mount is Picatinny spaced/speched. So it is an enhancement to what Rossi was offering. That makes it a win win for all of us waiting for one.

I'm thinkin that if there is ever a time that a few of us gather in one spot, we're gonna need to have our serial numbers tattooed someplace to see what belongs to who.......mr surveyor wrote:maybe we should have worked out a group buy on the K4's and rings
